Following are the family of SpectraLinear products: Large Scale Computer Clocks
These are fully integrated system clocks for PC, notebook, server and workstation applications. They support industry standard CPU’s from Intel and AMD and various chipsets from Intel, AMD, ATI, NVidia, VIA, SIS, etc. These products offer embedded SSCG and provide all necessary system level clock requirements for CPU’s, chipsets, PCI and PCI Express, USB, video graphics, LAN, and other functions. They meet all the industry standard performance requirements.
Application Specific Large Scale System Clocks
These are clock chips with or without SSCG functions. They are either dedicated to generic applications or accommodate the requirements of customer specific architectures within the application. Examples are system clocks for HDTV, DSC, video games, set-top boxes, printers, etc.
General Purpose EMI Reduction
These are stand-alone general purpose EMI reduction chips that employ spread spectrumtechnology. SpectraLinear management has pioneered this technology and intends to offer the industry’s widest range of products with unmatched performance and unsurpassed programmability features.
Programmable Oscillators
This component level product offers cost effective and high performance alternatives to existing XO’s and similar performance but only at a fraction of the cost for HPXO and SAW oscillators. Programmability offers a high degree of flexibility and they come with or without EMI reduction with multiple outputs.
Fan-Out Buffers
These are industry standard high performance buffers without using PLL technology. These high speed low skew parts offer support for a multitude of signaling standards such as TTL, CMOS, HSTL, SSTL, LVPECL, LVDS at different voltage levels and mixed supplies.
Zero Delay Buffers
This is a family of industry standard products based on SpectraLinear’s low power high performance PLL technology. They are primarily used in high performance systems for clock distribution. They provide very low effective propagation delays, meet very tight setup and hold time requirements, and improve system timing margins. These low skew zero delay buffers offer performance, power, and operating frequency range upgrades over the competition and provide wide variety of signaling standards. |
