SpectraLinear Closes $14M Series B Financing

Cypress spin-off is world’s largest pure-play timing device company

Santa Clara, CA – November 20, 2006 – SpectraLinear Inc., a leading provider of timing solutions for the consumer, computer and communication markets, today announced that it has raised $14M in Series B financing. The financing will be used for working capital and to develop new products that further capitalize on SpectraLinear’s industry-leading line of timing technology products. The round included strong support from founding investors Norwest Venture Partners and Interwest Partners. It was led by new investor ComVentures.
